Procurement Associate

**Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for our company. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including researching and identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the purchase order process from initiation to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential suppliers for various goods and services, considering factors such as cost, quality, and reliability.
- Request and evaluate quotes from vendors, ensuring they meet company specifications and budgetary constraints.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the company.
- Manage the purchase order process, including issuance, tracking, and confirmation of delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and project managers, to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with any procurement / CRM software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 per year
