As an SEO Specialist, your primary responsibility is to enhance the visibility and ranking of websites in search engine results pages (SERPs). You will develop and implement strategies to optimize website content, improve organic traffic, and increase conversions. You will work closely with content creators and web developers to ensure that websites are optimized according to industry best practices and search engine guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases that can drive organic traffic and align with the website's goals and target audience.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website pages by integrating target keywords into meta tags, headers, URLs, and content. Improve website structure, internal linking, and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine crawlability.

Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop keyword-rich and engaging content that is optimized for search engines. Ensure content is valuable, informative, and relevant to target audiences.

Technical SEO: Monitor and improve website technical elements, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing, crawlability, and XML sitemaps. Implement structured data markup to enhance search engine understanding of website content.

Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to build high-quality backlinks and improve the website's authority and credibility. Engage in outreach efforts, guest blogging, social media promotion, and online partnerships to increase the website's online visibility.

SEO Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines. Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators, website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the SEO industry. Continuously research and test new SEO techniques and tools to enhance website performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
