As an English Trainer (Fresher) at Language Leaders, you will embark on an exciting journey of becoming a language education professional. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with the necessary training and hands-on experience to develop into a skilled English language instructor. You will work closely with our experienced trainers and collaborate with students to help them improve their English language proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to learn effective English language teaching techniques.
- **Assist in Instruction**: Support experienced trainers in conducting English language training sessions, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- **Learning Assessment**: Assist in administering assessments and evaluations to gauge students' language proficiency and progress.
- **Feedback and Support**: Provide support to students, offer constructive feedback, and address their questions and concerns.
- **Resource Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of course materials, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
- **Motivation**: Inspire and motivate students to engage actively in their English language learning journey.
- **Professional Growth**: Continuously enhance your knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and stay updated with industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others improve their language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a collaborative learning environment.
