**Purpose**:
To ensure sale of produce being grown and/ or processed by Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) to institutional buyers/ food processors both domestic and exports.

**The key expectations of the role**:

- Identifying potential buyers across markets & geographies for fresh as well as processed food items, especially food processing, pharmaceuticals and wellness Industries.
- Carrying out effective negotiations to ensure best rate & terms and conditions for the order quantity - on a B2B basis.
- Working closely with the project/operations team to ensure availability and supply of food items as per client’s requirements.
- Ensuring timely payments to the FPC.
- Ensuring higher rate realisation for the farmers of FPC and reasonable revenue for Clover.
- Ensuring retention & growth of the customer base through excellence in relationship management & servicing
- Ensuring accuracy of forecasts/projections, sales plans based on strong understanding of the market on the back of market research and data

**The Individual: (education and experience)**

Essential
- A Graduate degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, with minimum 3 years in institutional sales

Desirable
- Experience in agricultural sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
