**Job description**

Motion Graphic Designer Experience: 2+ years in Motion Graphics with an advertising background Software Skills: Proficiency in video editing, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and original motion graphics for various projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand client objectives, target audience, and project requirements.
- Create storyboards and concept sketches to visualize ideas and gain approval before commencing the final production.
- Design and animate graphics using industry-standard software, such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Manipulate and enhance video footage to improve visual aesthetics and overall quality.
- Implement visual effects, motion graphics, and other animations as required to enhance storytelling.
- Work closely with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into video projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software advancements in motion graphics.
- Maintain and organize the digital assets and project files to ensure easy access and collaboration.
- Deliver projects within specified timelines while ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in motion graphics, preferably with an advertising background.
- Strong proficiency in video editing and animation software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- A diverse portfolio that showcases a range of motion graphic projects with an emphasis on creativity and originality.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas effectively, transforming client briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects on time.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for various platforms is a plus.
- Experience working on projects for different clients and industries is an advantage.
