Company Overview: Dabble is a visionary art company dedicated to producing toxin-free art products that ignite the creativity of young minds. As a Sales Officer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team to drive the revenue for the company.
- **Retail Outlet Management**:

- Visit retail outlets daily as per the beat plan.
- Collect orders from retailers within the allocated region.
- Support traditional trade sales across various categories and markets to increase sales and distributions.
- Ensure timely placement and execution of orders.
- Maintain product availability by communicating stock requirements promptly
- **Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring**:

- Monitor competitor activity in the market regarding new products, trade schemes, etc., and report findings to the Area Manager.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Sales & Promotion Activities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential stores and ensure product placement.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Participate in company promotional activities and events.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Maintain excellent relationships with retailers and stockists.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales performance, and product feedback to the Area Manager.
- **Event and School Engagement**:

- Identify and engage with potential events and schools to promote Dabble Playart products.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase products and generate sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and event organizers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role in the retail or FMCG sector, Stationery, Art or Toys industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to sales and distribution management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)
