Cmm Programmer

Previous experience with Mitutoyo and Zeiss equipment
- Minimum 3-4 years of quality assurance
- Working knowledge of a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) with min of 3-4 years’ experience
- Overtime work is required when necessary
- Operate CMM
- Must be able to read CMM reports
- Lead improvement efforts regarding QC equipment upgrades & critical repairs, software advancements, and capital equipment purchases
- Perform receiving inspection and first article inspection as required per quality documents
- Develop and refine inspection methods/techniques
- Maintain receiving inspection and test equipment in good working order at all times
- Assist in development of standardized inspection instructions
- Develop complex inspection programs for the CMM machine/vision system
- Perform inspection of feasibility/ prototype components and supply statistical data to R&D and Engineering
- Instruct and train junior level support personnel in order to maintain minimum inspection backlog
- Provide feedback to R&D on ICD development for all new and current parts
- Additional duties as defined by manager
- Write programs based on the available software for the CMM
- Run existing programs as necessary
- Store programs according to applicable work instructions
- Schedule maintenance for CMMs as required
- Use Data Page as a tool for gathering information
- Write CMM programs to support all inspection activities
- Develop improvements regarding quality processes and reducing inspection cycle time
- Operate and troubleshoot all QC inspection equipment to produce high quality inspections reports using blueprints, CAD models, verbal instructions, and/or sketches
- Design and fabricate basic fixtures and tools necessary for the parts being measured
- Train and develop less experienced staff with the necessary programming and measurement skills to promote department growth

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
