Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary objective of the position involves L2 level support on all aspects of Denodo.
Troubleshoot any issues including errors and performance topics. Work with Denodo technical support leading to resolution.
Troubleshoot technical issues affecting the infrastructure and determine root cause to resolve problems returning services to normal levels.
Excellent communication for interfacing with developers, users, infrastructure teams, architects and any external partners.
Experience in Linux operating systems in server environments. Familiarity with Automation using Terraform and Ansible would be preferred.
Knowledge on Gitlab integration with Denodo for code promotion and version control
Familiarity with Python scripting for Denodo integrations & Google Cloud Console capabilities.
Should be able to create detailed documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, provide technical training and support, and develop best practices as a key aspect of this role.
Should continuously develop their technical knowledge, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, and attend training sessions to improve their skillset.
The role requires an understanding of an Enterprise IT environment as a whole and industry best practices.

Excellent customer handling and presentation skills.
Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
Excellent Analytical, troubleshooting and Documentation skills.
Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization.
Experience: 3-6 years (Negotiable based on skill expertise)
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering ( or equivalent )
