Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Chemistry in alignment with the IIT JEE syllabus.
- Create lesson plans that cover key topics, focus on problem-solving skills, and incorporate effective teaching methodologies.
- **Instruction and Exam Preparation**:

- Provide high-quality instruction to students preparing for the IIT JEE examination.
- Design and deliver lessons that emphasize both theoretical concepts and practical problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct regular mock exams and practice sessions to assess students' readiness for the IIT JEE.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Offer additional support and guidance to students who may require extra assistance in mastering challenging concepts.
- Provide one-on-one sessions for personalized attention and addressing specific student needs.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, parents, and administrators on academic performance.
- **Stay Updated on Exam Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in the IIT JEE examination pattern, question trends, and changes in the curriculum.
- Adapt teaching strategies to align with the evolving requirements of the examination.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Utilize technology and educational tools to enhance the learning experience and make the teaching process more interactive and engaging.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and educational experts to continuously improve teaching methods and enhance the overall learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
