Roles/ Responsibility:

- He will be responsible for shift operations of spinning and After treatment, achieve target production and maintain fibre quality, fpy and Uptime. He will be responsible to ensure safety and zero harm of all employees working under him, to issue PTW and daily TBT, to ensure safe work environment in shift fulfilling all compliance, ensure that all SOP follows in his shift. All spinning manpower issues comes daily, so resolve and manage workmen promptly without affecting culture.
- He will be responsible for shift operations of spinning and After treatment, achieve target production, maintain fibre quality, FPY and Uptime. He will be responsible to ensure safety and zero harm of all employees working under him, to issue PTW and daily TBT, to ensure safe work culture in shift fulfilling all compliance, ensure that all sop is followed in shift.
- Main Responsibility is to manage the shift operation of Spinning Plant, to ensure production of the desired Quality and Quantity of fiber during the respective shift, ensure safety and safe work culture in shift Fulfilling all compliance, ensure that all SOP is followed in shift.
- Producing and delivering of the desired Quantity & Quality of Fiber by effectively utilizing the available resources at optimal cost without compromising with SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT.
- Analyses all process parameter and identify bottleneck for smooth flow of process.
- All spinning manpower issues comes daily, so resolve and manage workmen promptly without affecting culture. Resolve production issues & Escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
- Evaluate current production processes & recommend improvements. Monitor & Analyze downtime with root cause to reduce its impact on Cost, Quality & Delivery.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor Of Engineering

**Minimum Experience Level**:
2-8 Years
