**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet Visitors**: Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure a warm and hospitable atmosphere in the reception area.
- **Manage Calls**: Handle incoming calls, redirecting them to appropriate personnel or departments. Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipients.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment calendars for executives and staff. Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- **Office Administration**: Assist with general administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, coordinating courier services, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- **Visitor Registration**: Maintain a log of visitors, ensuring all guests sign in and receive visitor badges as required. Monitor visitor access and ensure security protocols are followed.
- **Assist with Events**: Support event planning and coordination for meetings, seminars, and conferences. Arrange catering services, room setup, and audio-visual equipment as needed.
- **Assist with Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely travel-related documentation.
- **Handle Queries**: Address basic inquiries from employees regarding office policies, procedures, and facilities. Direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- **Maintain Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure reading materials and informational brochures are available for visitors.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus.

Proven experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and multi-line phone systems.

Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
