**SALARY CRITERIA - 15 K TO 25 K PER MONTH DEPENDING UPON WORKING EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE**

**LOCATION - MIDC PHASE 2 DOMBIVILI EAST**

JOB DETAILS

SHOULD BE PROFFICIENT WITH TALLY AND ACCOUNTS

Ensuring compliance with Direct Taxation, Timey filing of tax returns of the companies.
- Quarterly advance Tax and tax provisions working.
- Ensuring tax compliances in day-to-day activities and guidance and process notes to team.
- Coordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors.
- Driving tax audit and coordinating with tax auditor.
- Act as a single point of contact for any taxation related queries and withholding tax applicability.
- Grip on Day to day amendments in the field of GST & Income Tax.
- TDS booking and 26AS reconciliation
- Revenue Reconciliations

Primary Role
- 1) Data Migration from system to Tally.

2) Booking of Expenses in compliance with GST & TDS requirement.

3) Bank Reconciliation

4) Bank Payments

5) Monthly Fixed Billing

6) Keeping books of account ready for audit

7) Assisting Managers in Monthly MIS & Audit requirement related work.

8) Keeping Track of Monthly Fixed Expenses & Income.

9) Attend all Customer queries and timely escalation to concern person.

10) Aggressive follow up of Debtors to meet the financial commitments.

11) Preparing Daily Collection report of Cheque, cash & NEFT/RTGS.

12) Responsible to process the Refund with all necessary verification.

13) Generating receipt in system.

14) Ledger Reconciliation of PDA accounts.
