**Job Description**:
As a NAPS Trainee in User Sales at Bosch Power Tools, you will be an integral part of our sales team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while working with industry-leading power tools and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels.
- Support sales representatives in preparing and delivering product presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to gather insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Enrolled or eligible for enrollment in the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
