**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams with the sales journey to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing Enterprise Application systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings to elicit business needs and translate them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop comprehensive business process models, use cases, and system specifications to support solution design and development.
- Configure and customize our Enterprise Applications tools to meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise in configuration, customization, and administration
- Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of enterprise solutions, conducting system integration testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Participate in release planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities, contributing to the prioritization and estimation of user stories.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas of concern, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest Enterprise Application tools, features, releases, and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Systems analyst or similar role in an Enterprise Applications environment supporting sales functions.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflow rules Flow Builder, validation rules, custom objects, sharing model, and a working understanding of Apex and Lightning components.
- Additional tool familiarity with Data Loader, Workbench, SOQL, Debug logging is highly desirable.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with both our technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in requirements gathering and analysis techniques, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable system requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and business analysis frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
