1.Should lead team of 50 Employees.

2. Should possess sound technical knowledge about handling chlorination activities.

3. Should be able to do production planning and control.

4. Should have knowledge about QC activities related to Chlorination Industry.

5. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

6. Ensuring that all safety systems are being implemented, all statutory norms are being met with regards to government rules & regulation.

7. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards and also health and safety protocols are adhered properly

8. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

9. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

10-12 years of experience in Chlorination Industry

Good communication and leadership skills

Skills and Attitude:
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Problem-solving skills

Advanced skills in MS Office

Organizational and leadership abilities

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
