Position: Placement Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential employers and arrange campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interview sessions.
- Should be willing to travel and maintain strong relationships with companies across India to facilitate student placements.
- Guide and mentor students in resume writing, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Collaborate with academic teams to understand course outcomes and align placement opportunities accordingly.
- Track student placement data and prepare regular reports on placement success rates.
- Establish partnerships with industries for internships, live projects, and recruitment purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to enhance placement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Placement Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong network and connections with companies across various industries in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using placement management systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
