**Job Summary**:
The OT Coordinator manages the Occupational Therapy department, including scheduling, communication, and productivity. They support staff, maintain records, collaborate with other departments, and ensure compliance. Key performance indicators include efficient scheduling, effective communication, productivity goals, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI ’s)**
- Coordinate and manage Occupational Therapy appointments and scheduling.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among OT staff.
- Monitor and track productivity metrics to achieve department goals.l Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals for comprehensive care.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement improvements.

**Key Performance Results (KPR ’s)**
- Timely and efficient scheduling of OT appointments.
- Achievement of productivity targets and departmental goals.
- Accurate and up-to-date documentation and compliance.
- Effective coordination with other departments and professionals.
- Efficient management of supplies and equipment.
- Provide efficient administrative assistance, including scheduling, reporting, and budget management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
