**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end data science projects, including data collection, preprocessing, analysis, modeling, and deployment, to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract insights and generate actionable recommendations.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize model performance and accuracy.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering skill development and a culture of innovation.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's, Master's Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas).
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining techniques, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or related AI domains.
- Expertise in building and deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure /GCP)
- Proficiency with ML DevOps - Versioning, Serving, Performance tuning and Monitoring a
- model in Production
- Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets
- Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency
- Deploying and Running ML at Edge devices
- Have experience with modern virtualization technologies - Docker / Kubernates
- Working experience in source control tools such as GIT/Github/Gitlab
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present complex findings to diverse audiences.

Pay: ₹409,918.66 - ₹3,053,516.11 per year
