**Responsibilities**:
Edit and enhance raw footage and images to produce high-quality videos and photos that meet our brand standards and objectives.

Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to manipulate and refine visual content.

Ensure consistency in color grading, lighting, and visual effects across all edited videos and photos.

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, storyboard concepts, and develop visual content that resonates with our target audience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video and photo editing and incorporate innovative ideas into our projects.

Manage and organize video and photo assets, including file naming, tagging, and archiving, to maintain an efficient workflow.

Work closely with videographers, photographers, and other team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure project deadlines are met.
