Junior Qc Chemist

**Responsibilities**:
**Training Program**:Engage in a comprehensive training program covering laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and specific test procedures.
Acquire proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment used in quality control testing.

**Conducting Tests**:Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per established protocols.
Document and report test results accurately and promptly.

**Quality Assurance**:Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
Contribute to the identification and resolution of quality-related issues.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with senior chemists and team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance testing processes.
Maintain effective communication within the team for a smooth workflow and accurate data collection.

**Compliance**:Adhere strictly to all safety and regulatory guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Stay updated on industry standards and changes related to quality control procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in analytical chemistry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a laboratory setting.
