**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between all parties involved in the construction projects.

2. Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure that project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Schedule and organize meetings and site visits with stakeholders.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Prepare and distribute reports on project status, milestones, and any issues.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.

5. Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between stakeholders.
- Facilitate negotiations and mediate disputes to achieve satisfactory outcomes.

6. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or feedback.

7. Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Support project teams with logístical and operational needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
