We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to lead our Marketing and Branding team. As the Head of Marketing and Branding, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our school's online presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving admissions through effective social media strategies.

1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and high-quality content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

2. Audience Engagement: Identify and understand the school's target audience, crafting engaging content that resonates with them and fosters meaningful interactions.

3. Social Media Scheduling: Develop a content calendar and strategically schedule posts to ensure optimal exposure and engagement across different time zones.

4. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to continuously refine the school's social media strategy.

5. Brand Promotion: Leverage social media platforms to effectively promote the DPS Dwarka Expressway brand, values, and offerings, with a focus on increasing awareness and admissions.

6. Multitasking: Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement strategies across all platforms.

7. Performance Measurement: Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

8. Target Audience Identification: Identify and define specific target audiences for various campaigns and initiatives.

9. Content Scheduling: Develop and implement a content posting schedule that aligns with the school's goals and maximizes engagement.

10. Interaction Management: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
