- Work with engineers and business stakeholders to understand the nature and background of the problems.
- Pair with fellow engineers and Architects group to dissect the incoming problem statement and provide the best possible solution.
- Craft reusable, reliable, accessible & delightful UI components that work flawlessly across various web browsers & devices.
- Build and maintain various utilities focused on improving designer or developer productivity.
- Own the health and performance of the team's infrastructure.
- Create and develop metrics to evaluate the usage and success of the products you're accountable for.
- Own and Implement the features using the technology stack that we have in place while bringing in flavors of latest but proven trends and methods
- Learn and Evangelise best practices in software development and raise the bar of engineering practices.
- Write concise, maintainable, efficient code that brings joy to present & future maintainers.
- Mentor and Guide the junior engineers in the team towards making them better engineers in their respective areas.

**We’d love to hear from you, if you**:

- Are a polyglot developer with at least 3-6 years of experience in building frontend systems.
- Have significant experience with Frontend Technologies like ReactJS / Typescript / NodeJS.
- Fluent in responsive design and mobile/tablet UX/UI.
- Having knowledge of UI testing automation frameworks, GraphQL and Microfrontend is a plus.
- Have some understanding of backend stack like Microservices / Databases / RPCs etc.
- Working knowledge of AWS, docker, and Kubernetes.
- Are compassionate collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse, cross functional team.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, wearing multiple hats to create an impact on the business.
