Engaging in comprehensive consultations with clients to discern their career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties, thereby providing tailored guidance throughout the process.
- Analyzing clients' personal and educational endeavors to gain insights into how these experiences may shape their future professional decisions.
- Facilitating the completion of aptitude, personality, and related assessments, and meticulously evaluating clients' responses to these evaluations.
- Conducting thorough discussions with clients to review assessment results and collaboratively explore their implications on career choices.
- Offering well-founded career options aligned with clients' identified strengths and preferences.
- Identifying potential skill gaps and developing customized strategies to address and enhance clients' skill sets.
- Providing hands-on assistance in crafting and refining resumes, ensuring they effectively showcase clients' qualifications and experiences.
- Spotting and communicating potentially beneficial career opportunities to clients, keeping them informed of relevant industry trends and developments.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
