1. To achieve assigned regional business objectives and Target in terms of sales, collection, market penetration & KAM through the team of ABMs & TBMs
2.Monitoring the functioning of C&FA administration, sales forecasting, proper indenting and redistribution.
3.Identifying key marketing opportunities in the region through extensive field work, network and market intelligence.
4.Monitoring the Customer covereage by ABMs & TBMs on monthly basis and systematically pushing the whole team to exceed their targets every time.
5.Guide & train ABMs & key TBM to manage their performance, maintain discipline & take appropriate steps to address issues like attrition, skill development & succession.
6.Monitoring the Secondary Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. at every month
7.Supervising 3ABMs & 16TBMs towards their target achievement
