Roles & Responsibilities:

- To provide primary health care facilities to villages by conducting clinics within the community thru

Mobile Medical Unit/Camps etc.
- To handle basic emergencies in the clinic; refer serious patients to tertiary care facilities.
- To counsel clinic beneficiaries for adoption of safer behaviors and good health & hygiene
- To ensure quality of care, particularly infection prevention practices in the project clinic.
- Check proper maintenance of medicine stock & updating in stock register.
- Supervise maintenance of daily clinic records & timely preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports
- Procurement and judicious utilization of Drugs & other consumables.
- Supervise & monitor the proper sterilization & maintenance of clinic equipments
- Update & maintain the knowledge & skill of health educators and Pharmacist/Nurse in the team
- Conduct trainings/sessions for Health Educators and act as resource for community workshops/sessions

on health issues.
- To attend appropriate meetings (staff meetings, project meetings...) & trainings and represent CSI

among assisted population and partners in training workshops, seminars, conferences etc.
- Any other task as assigned by Project Manager and CEO

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
