**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RECEPTIONIST**

**1.** Welcoming and greeting Patients, Doctors & Visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

**2.** Serving and helping patients by scheduling appointment and maintaining record.

**3.** Assisting patients and visitors in finding their way in hospital.

**4.** Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

**5.** Announcing Patients name whenever necessary.

**6.** Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls whenever needed.

**7.** Answering patient’s queries.

**8.** Maintaining records & accounts of patient.

**9.** Helping patients by processing different payments for patients
- Processing billing and payments, using medical software

**10.** Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information.

**11.** Maintaining the decorum of the reception and hospital
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area.

**12.** Scanning, filing, and mailing documentation whenever needed.

**13.** Taking the patient’s feedback about the hospital.

**14.** To make a daily report mentioning

a. Number of patients who visited hospital but not opted for OPD.

b. Number of patients who visited hospital & opted for OPD.

c. Number of feedback taken

d. Number of complaints/ queries

15. Don’t use your personal cell phone in the reception area.

16. Before taking the over, take a detailed review of the IPD patients.

**JOB LOCATION** - Ghaziabad

**JOB TYPE** - FULL TIME

**JOB TIMINGS** - 8:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M & 10:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M

**JOB QUALIFICATION** - **Bachelors degree **required(BBA,B Com. BA, BSc )

**WORK EXPERIENCE - **0-2 YEARS ( Freshers can also apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
