The incumbent is responsible for setting up and maintaining the materials in India for the Medical Education activities for the APAC region in addition to some other administrative duties.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage the materials department in India for medical education. This department will stock up demonstration and training materials needed to support the APAC region.
- Maintain manually the stock of demonstrations and training materials in the department. Stock checking and restocking on quarterly basis.
- Provide and maintain proper documentation for shipping of demo materials and training equipment for events in the APAC region.
- Work closely with local and APAC Logistic and Warehouse personnel to ensure the demo shipments are not stuck in customs
- Help in submitting monthly reports of movement of training equipment and related expenses.
- Manage Local and APAC 3rd party vendors, for payments and getting invoices on time. Submitting monthly reports to Finance for accrual of Med Ed related expenses.
- Record pilferage, if any, quarterly and submitting reports.
- Regularly evaluating the training equipment and arranging timely maintenance.
- Support Med-Ed Managers for HCP consultant travel bookings and other administrative activities
- Support Local Management for routine office facility operations and employee focused services
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

**Expected Area of Competencies (including Education & Experience)**:

- Graduate Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in administration.
- Relevant experience in maintenance of stock records
- Minimum two years of industry experience, preferably in dental implant industry
- Experience in maintenance of stock records and related logistics activities
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to manage local vendors.
- Basic Computer Skills - MS Office covering Word, Powerpoint and Excel
