**_ Responsibilities:_**_ _**

**_Responsible for performing backend claims support activities like Document Indexing, Claim Payments, setting up FNOLs & Schedule Independent Medical Examinations._**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Accurately analyze invoices & make payments to Vendors & Insureds on a claim._**

**_ _**

**_Accurately identify keywords on a claim related document & Index the documents to an appropriate claim_**

**_ _**

**_Accurately analyze & set up new assignments for Independent Medical Examinations_**

**_ _**

**_Ensure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are met_**

**_ _**

**_Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics_**

**_ _**

**_Provide accurate process reports on a timely basis_**

**_ _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**
**_Minimum Qualification_**:**_ _**

**_BBA/ BA (Any Non-Technical Graduate)_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred Skill Set_**:**_ _**

**_Strong analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills_**

**_ _**

**_General Insurance understanding_**

**_ _**

**_Good interpersonal skills _**

**_Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook E-mail, Excel_**

**_ _**

**_Preferably experienced in Insurance Claims_**

**_ _**

**_Skilled in computer navigation and avverage keyboarding speed with high accuracy_**

**_ _**

**_Data gathering, logic, and numerical ability_**
