Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the steel industry. Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling steel products. Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed company objectives.
4. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to position our products effectively and identify new business prospects.
5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our steel products and services.
6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize agreements. Ensure timely and successful closure of deals while meeting the needs of both the client and the company.
7. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
