**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Customization and maintenance of various Zoho products like Zoho Recruit, Zoho
- People, Zoho CRM, etc
- Understand & execute automation processes require from various departments.
- Research & suggest software needs for required operation process automation.
- Design and implement automations, workflows, triggerings, etc..
- Analyse, recommend and implement process improvements.
- Train or instruct users in the proper manner for the use of hardware or software.
- Work and assist organization-wide security compliance

**Requirements**:

- BCA / MCA / MSc (IT) / BE / B.Tech. with a minimum 1-3 years in IT department
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Experience in working on subscription-based productivity tools.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Good skills in using Microsoft products like PowerPoint, Excel, Word

**Nice to have**:

- Leadership and Team-building skills
- Knowledge of HR and operation process
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website development and maintenance
