**Job Summary**:
As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a wide range of beverages. Your role will involve creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at our bar, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Mixing and Serving Beverages**: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
- **Guest Service**: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- **Bar Operations**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Possess a thorough understanding of the beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing. Be able to answer guest questions and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- **Upselling and Revenue Generation**: Promote special promotions, upsell premium drinks, and suggest food pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as kitchen staff and servers, to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and mixology techniques. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service preferred.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects (e.g., cases of liquor, kegs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
