Job description

○Responsibilities

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach potential customers.

Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth.

Creating and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.

Building and maintaining relationships with customers

Collaborating with other departments to develop new products and services

Analyzing sales data and creating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Participating in industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services

Receiving inbound calls from interested customers and providing information about products or services

Generating leads and setting appointments for sales representatives

Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales data

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Participating in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for generating leads and closing sales.

○Skills.

Should Have theoretical knowledge and understanding of basic hardcore Sales & Marketing skills.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Research skills.

Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative sales ideas.

Fluency in one or more languages, depending on the target market or customer base.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM).

Post sales Follow up with the clients to know the effectiveness of our meeting & the closing sales.
