**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1.Monitor and inspect products for quality assurance prior to dispatch.

2.Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols.

3.Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

4.Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and findings.

5.Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure adherence to quality standards.

6.Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance protocols.

7.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

8.Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management.
