**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat patients with kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, and hypertension.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering the unique needs and medical history of each patient.
- Perform procedures such as kidney biopsies, dialysis catheter insertions, and provide guidance on renal replacement therapies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of advancements in nephrology, participate in medical conferences, and contribute to continuous medical education programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized medical institution.
- Postgraduate qualification (DM/DNB) in Nephrology from a reputable institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Punjab.
- Proven experience as a Nephrologist, with a minimum of [0 to 3] years in clinical practice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
