Highend Transport (Canada) is currently seeking to fulfill a full time dispatch position in our Mohali office.

**Job Description:

- **
- Track and trace daily shipment in transit.
- Planning drivers loads for deliveries and pickups.
- Responds to customer inquires, send daily reports, and update on delays or issue with loads.
- Keep track of waiting time and other accessorial charges, and update the order on daily basis.
- Update customers with current status of their load.
- Communication with carriers/drivers for daily update/locations.
- Coordinate with shippers/consignee for appointments and freight details.

- **
- High school diploma or graduation is required
- Must be fluent in English (speaking/writing).
- Transportation industry knowledge or experience is an asset
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all the time.
- Excellent customer service/ communication skills.
