**Job Title**: SSE. PeopleSoft -Developer

**Primary Location**:Bangalore/Hyderabad

**Qualifications**:

- Requires BE/BTech/MCA degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years’ hands on experience Developing PeopleSoft Application and must have hands on experience in PeopleCode, SQR, Oracle SQL and basic knowledge in UNIX.
- Understanding of PeopleSoft Accounts Receivables Flow.
- Must have experience in Control M scheduler or any other similar scheduling tool.
- Working experience in healthcare domain is a plus.

**Primary duties may include, but are not limited to**:

- Ability to collaborate and troubleshooting of technical issues and work organizationally across teams (Development, Server, Product and Database).
- Interacting with business teams to better understand business requirements.
- Interact with Business Teams and with stakeholders across IT and Operations.
- Integrate transactional data from various sources and loading it into PeopleSoft AR & Billing.
- Ensure PeopleSoft deliverables meet operational metrics (SLAs), as defined.
- Analyze production issues and provide the RCA and work around including the data update in backend database.
- Assists with break-fix/defects management, especially intake, triaging and prioritization of defects.
- Analyzes and classifies complex change request and identifies and documents possible enhancements.
- Participate in the integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts.
- Collaborates with geographically diverse associates and external vendor partners to get work accomplished
- Ensure adherence to enterprise and team processes, procedures and guidelines
- Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
