**Job description**
- Production Supervisor

Qualification: Any degree

Experience: 2-3 years

**Salary**: 15000 to 20000/
- Location: Sriperumbudur
- Manufacture the allocated product volumes according to quality requirements
- Meet the delivery timelines with lowest possible cost
- Optimization of Productivity efficiency by Continuous Improvement projects with latest Technologies, Innovation, Automation & competence development
- Ensure products are manufactured with the highest quality processes
- Prepare/compile production documents (e.g., calendars, tally reports and schedules)
- Works along with other shift supervisors on projects in development and production
- Must take charge when necessary to evaluate work-flow, tasks and potential problems
- Analyses wastage and energy consumption. Uses continuous development project to minimize the consumptions
- Efficient coordination in managing human resources
- Any other tasks that a Production In-charge may be required to carry out within the overall production and larger business objectives of the plant
- Knowledge in Six Sigma and Tally ERP is an added advantage

**Job requirements**
- 2-3 years of Chemical Production experience
- Experience working with large teams
- Willingness to travel to Sriperumbudur plant
