**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Market Research and Expansion Planning: Conduct research to identify new areas for retail franchise expansion. Prepare expansion plans and strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.

**Lead Generation and Follow-up**: Generate leads for Generic Aadhaar Retail Franchise, manage incoming calls, and coordinate with potential leads interested in franchise opportunities. Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into franchise partners.

**Sales Growth and Revenue Generation**: Take ownership of sales growth and revenue targets for the Generic Aadhaar business. Implement effective sales strategies to drive business expansion and achieve financial objectives.

**Target Setting and Performance Monitoring**: Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for company franchisees. Monitor performance closely and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

**Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of franchise operations. Continuously suggest improvements to optimize sales processes.

**Franchisee Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing retail franchisees. Gather feedback, address concerns, and provide support to ensure their satisfaction and success.

**Payment Collection**: Ensure timely collection of payments from retail franchisees in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Franchisee Verification**:Review and verify the details of potential single franchisees across India to ensure compliance with rules and regulations before onboarding them.

**Brand Promotion and Goodwill Maintenance**:Develop strategies to promote the Generic Aadhaar brand and maintain its goodwill in the market. Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

**Logistics Management**: Coordinate with master franchisees to ensure timely execution of product delivery to single franchisees. Monitor stock levels and ensure master franchisees maintain adequate inventory.

**Regional Meetings**: Conduct regular meetings with regional heads across India via phone and Zoom to discuss business strategies, address challenges, and foster collaboration.
