- **Investigating accidents in order to determine causes and contributing factors**:

- **Maintaining records of accidents, complaints, maintenance activities, inspections, and other activities related to environmental health and safety**:

- **Developing or updating safety training materials for employees**:

- **Reviewing safety equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and ready for use**:

- **Inspecting equipment to ensure that it is safe to use, working properly, and installed correctly**
