Store Assistant

Ø Verification of Inward material as per purchase Orders

Ø Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system.

Ø Preparation daily GRN & MRN in SAP. Maintain stock reports (daily issues, daily GRN's, weekly stock consumption reports, reconciliation reports).

Ø Daily entry of issue slips.

Ø Maintain stock ledger.

Ø Checking with bill in purchase orders.

Ø Identification of all material in store.

Ø Proper Storage and preservation of the material.

Ø To ensure safe keeping both as to quality & quantity of material.

Ø Proper inventory stock tacking end of the month.

Ø Ordering stock in time before purchase run out.

Ø Maintain minimum stock in store for all raw material & consumable material.

Ø Maintain the FIFO system in store.

Ø Issues Material - physical and system., Ensure compliance to ISO procedures for storage and preservation of materials.

Ø Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items, Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports.

Ø Maintain the 5 s in store department and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas, Co-ordinates with other functions,

Ø area handling

Ø Send documents to accounts for making payments, Ensure safe handling of materials.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing unit & good knowledge in SAP.

Freshers are also Welcomed.

**Skills**:
Ø Must be organized and punctual.

Ø Well-presented and professional.

Ø A high school qualification or equivalent.

Ø Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office.
