PHP Trainer

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**:
○ Conduct comprehensive training sessions on PHP and related technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.

○ Develop and deliver both online and in-person training modules as per the organizational requirements.
- **Curriculum Development**:
○ Design and update training curriculum to align with industry standards and trends.

○ Create training materials, including presentations, projects, coding exercises, and assignments.
- **Hands-On Training**:
○ Provide real-world examples and live coding sessions to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:
○ Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainees' progress and knowledge.

○ Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to help participants improve their skills.
- **Industry Insights**:
○ Stay updated with the latest PHP trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into training.

○ Share insights into career paths and opportunities in PHP development with participants.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer or Trainer (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of:
○ Core PHP

○ Advanced PHP (OOP, MVC)

○ Frameworks: Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony

○ Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap

○ Database management: MySQL
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
- Patience, adaptability, and passion for teaching.
