**Job Description: Sales Executive (Agritech & Food Manufacturing)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Promote and sell agritech solutions, such as smart farming tools, agricultural software, or food processing equipment, as well as food products.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including farmers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest agritech advancements and food manufacturing processes.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and technical specifications to clients.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve strategies.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the customer base.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Agritech or food manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
