Cricket Coach

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certified Coach
- Minimum experience of 2+ years in cricket coaching

**LOCATION**
- GYAN SAGAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, KOTKASIM

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivering a program to achieve the best possible competition results, whilst focusing on the development of players and members both professionally and personally.
- Conducting skill and strategic analysis of individuals and squads and implementing individual skill and strategic development strategies.
- Regularly hold performance reviews for players to keep open and clear paths for communication.
- Assisting, as required, with club initiatives such as extra development sessions.
- Administer the squad in terms of fixtures, umpire appointments, and result submission amongst other agreed duties.
- Providing individual and group support to all the players in order to assist their development.
- Taking lead on the planning, delivery and evaluation of coaching sessions.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
