**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients, generating interest in our properties.
3. Needs Assessment: Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budget.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between clients and sales team’s manager.
5. Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
6. Data Entry: Update CRM software with lead information and interaction history.
7. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
8. Script Development: Continuously refine sales scripts and pitches.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or any degree
2. Experience: 6-12 months in telesales, telemarketing.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English and Hindi skills.
4. Interpersonal: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
5. Technical: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

1. Sales-oriented: Results-driven with a passion for sales.
2. Time Management: Efficiently manage calls, follow-ups, and data entry.
3. Resilience: Handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
**Compensation and Benefits**
1. Salary: 15k - 25k
2. Commission: Performance-based commission on sales.
