**Job Title: Health Care Recruiter (Night Shift, US Shift) Location: Dehradun, India**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and ensure alignment with their requirements.

Metrics and Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, measure performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Night Shift Operations: Work during night shifts to cater to the US time zone, adhering to the designated work hours and schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the health care/IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the US health care industry, job market, and recruitment trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work night shifts to cater to the US time zone.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of US employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
