Tele Caller Executive

Job Title**:Telecaller Executive**

Salary**:Fixed Salary + Incentives**

**Training Period**:

- You will undergo training for 5 days for being trained in various aspects of this profile.
- This training will consist of self-training, classroom training as well as on-job training.
- This initial training of 5 days will not be paid and conclude after the completion of 5 days depending upon your in-training performance.
- Date of joining will be after your training completion.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Shift Timings**: 9:30 am - 6:45 pm (9:15 hours shift)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Generate leads through cold calling and provide final sales.
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects.
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain customer information and call logs in CRM.
- Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets.
- Engage with customers and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively.
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity preferred.
- MIn Qualification required: Graduate only
