Minimum Master’s Degree Science, Arts & Commerce with Minimum B.Ed.

Experience**:10 to 12 years of work experience in academics **with minimum 5 years as a Principal In a reputed educational institution.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Effectively carry out all Academic and Administrative duties.
- Effectively manage the complete school operations in an optimal manner, ensuring that the branch is profitable on a sustainable basis.
- Effectively co-ordinate with the Central office for policies or any updates.
- Ensure the information called for by the education department/ Central office is shared with them within timelines.

**Expected Competencies**:

- Good analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment.
- Ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic school business environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.
