Job Description: Marketing Representative - Automotive

Position Overview:
As the Marketing Representative in the automotive industry, you will lead a team of marketing and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our automotive products and services. You will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth and success of our company. This position requires strong leadership skills, automotive industry knowledge, and expertise in marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the automotive industry.
- Define marketing goals, objectives, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging marketing practices in the automotive sector.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

3. Brand Management:

- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity within the automotive market, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Define and communicate the brand message, value proposition, and positioning to target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively represent the brand.
- Monitor brand perception, track market trends, and implement strategies to enhance brand equity and differentiation.

4. Product Marketing:

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of automotive products.
- Develop product marketing strategies and plans to effectively position and promote our automotive offerings.
- Create compelling product messaging and sales materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales team and drive product adoption.

5. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and data to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies in the automotive industry to drive online visibility and engagement.

6. Marketing Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative agencies, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies to leverage co-marketing opportunities, sponsorship, and industry events.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influences, and media to maximize brand exposure and PR opportunities.

7. Budgeting and Reporting:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
- Monitor marketing expenses, track ROI, and provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting marketing achievements, challenges, and future plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+years) in a senior marketing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing and brand management.
- Familiarity with automotive products, features, and technical specifications.

- 45k to 50k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
