**Responsibilities**
- You shall participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- We expect you to liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues that arise during the construction phase.
- You will be responsible for reviewing and approving shop drawings, materials, and samples submitted by contractors.
- We expect you to prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
- You shall conduct quality control inspections to verify that workmanship meets established standards and specifications.
- We expect you to assist in resolving technical problems or conflicts that may arise on-site, collaborating with the design team as necessary.
- You will be involved in coordinating and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- We expect you to provide support to the project manager in evaluating construction progress, cost control, and adherence to project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- You must have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles to ensure that designs are structurally sound and comply with building codes and regulations.
- You should be proficient in using CAD software and other relevant design tools to create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects.
- You must possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
- You should have good communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout all stages of a project.
- You must demonstrate a keen eye for detail to conduct thorough site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that construction work is carried out according to specifications and standards.
- You should have a solid understanding of environmental sustainability practices and be able to incorporate green design principles into your projects.
- You must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
- You should have a proactive attitude and take initiative to continually improve your knowledge and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of architecture and engineering.
